Online signup at htchicago.org/communion will be required. Think of it as an RSVP to a dinner invitation. Registration will limit the number of guests to capacity and enable us to do contact tracing if necessary.
Please fill out a separate sign-up for each person who will be attending.
At the time of signing-up you will be asked to indicate that you are not currently sick and have not been knowingly exposed to COVID-19.
If you are in an at-risk group, please remember that staying home may be the best way to care for yourself and others.

Please arrive early enough to complete the necessary steps before entry.
Neighborhood 383 parking permits will be provided.
Please have your face mask on before you approach the Holy Trinity campus. Everyone age 3 and older will need to have a face mask for attendance. We will have a supply of disposable masks in case you do not have access to one.
When you arrive a Holy Trinity pastor or staff member will take your temperature with a touch-free thermometer. If you are running a temperature higher than 99.5 it will not be possible for you to participate in worship.
You will be asked to complete a COVID-19 symptom screening and contact tracing form and put it in a box. All forms will be securely stored at Holy Trinity and will only be accessed if necessary for contact tracing because of a known COVID-19 infection.
Please keep your face mask on at all times except when consuming communion.
Seating will be arranged to promote physical distancing. Families may sit together.
The service will have no singing and minimal speaking.
Communion will be provided via bread only.
