Work Day at the Frost Home

We have been overwhelmed by the financial generosity and the generosity of body shown by all the souls who showed up at Ayriole and Audrey Frost's house May 15 and May 22 (and May 23!) to help with the household projects. We hope that their fences, flower bed, side yard, etc are tangible signs of the love Holy Trinity has for the Frost family. It is a thing of beauty, indeed.

We will be back at the Frost house on June 12 (rain date of June 19) to continue and hopefully complete our projects (how is it that every household project takes twice the time, and needs at least three additional trips to the hardware store!).

Here is a Sign Up Genius link to track our June 12 volunteers:

A home-cooked meal will be provided by Audrey, and hopefully, we can get Beth Morris to whip up some delicious cookies for our mid-morning snack break!!!

We still need to finish:

  • Second coat of paint to wrought iron fence

  • Scrape, paint and repair Ayriole’s grandma’s bench

  • Final clean up to side yard (where new chain link fence is), remove plant debris, plant grass seed

  • Install pavers besides garage

  • Remove deteriorating ceiling tile in the basement.
